gabel PT + wellness utilizes a holistic approach to Physical Therapy. All sessions are one on one between you and your PT. The focus is to look at the whole person and not just where the symptoms are. The goal is to isolate the underlying cause to facilitate a long-term change.

"I am a functional manual therapist, who looks at the body as a kinetic chain and strives for efficiency of movement by addressing mechanical dysfunctions/imbalances, motor control, strength, and endurance of muscles. I work to get at the root cause and underlying driver of a patient’s symptoms and inefficient movements and to fix them.

Whether you have a pain complaint, a lack of movement, inability to perform your favorite activity, or you just want to be more efficient than you already are, come experience Functional Manual Therapy®."
